I even ended up getting into an argument with another customer while picking up my car after overhearing the customer and another advisor making snide remarks and insinuations about my advisor within earshot of both of us. The fact that you would engage in indirectly criticizing your team member with a customer in front of your team member speaks volumes. *Update on June 1 * I’m now in the lobby of ALM Hyundai West as I type this waiting for a courtesy car for over 2 hours as my car is being pulled back to determine the issue that I thought was resolved. I came in on the 15th of May to have my car serviced due to my vehicle not starting and after almost two weeks I picked it up and paid over $1800 however the exact issue I bought it in for began happening the very next day after pick up and on Sunday my car left me stranded. I ended up taking an Uber home and this morning when I was in the process of getting a tow truck to tow my car back to ALM Hyundai West the car started and I drove in right in. It’s absolutely bizarre that there is never a manager or anyone from leadership present to address escalations, the service advisors are stepping in to handle escalations. Last week one guy was playing manager and now today it's a different service advisor.

4 stars were given based on my over all experience. I dealt with 4 or 5 different sales persons, but all of them were warm and friendly, especially Julian, Jean, and Mike. They were able to work with my bad credit and no money down to get me into a brand new car around the monthly payment that I am able to afford. Delivery of the vehicle was lacking attention to detail as there were protective plastic pieces that I had to remove from the hood and various other places on the car. I drove my old car to ALM and had to leave it there. The next day I called to have them send me a Lyft which took more than 2 hours seeing that only my sales person could order it. I understand that they were in the middle of a sale, but I'm still a valued customer for as long as I have this car, therefore my needs should be treated with the same sense of urgency that is shown to those who are in the process of buying a car.

The staff at ALM Hyundai West is the best! Their assistance in helping with my vehicle purchase was top tier. My Sales Rep was available to help through the entire process. From documents, picking out the just right car, to sealing the deal! I was so excited to purchase my new 2026 Elantra.

I had a transmission go out and was very caught between how to get it fixed because of only having one vehicle and needing to go to work. They were able to get me a rental, and replace my transmission having my car running like it was brand new again. I’m leaving this review so other buyers don’t experience the financial impact and stress that I did. I purchased a 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe from ALM Hyundai West that was represented as a clean-title vehicle with only a minor prior issue (a sensor replacement). Based on that representation, I paid a price consistent with a clean-title vehicle. After a minor accident, my insurance company valued the vehicle more than $14,000 lower due to title history that was never disclosed to me. None of this information was provided at the time of sale, and the documents I signed indicated the vehicle was not salvage or reconstructed. While prior bodywork was mentioned, the extent and impact of that prior damage were not accurately represented, as reflected by the significant reduction in value. During this process, I was still required to make four monthly car payments while trying to resolve the situation, which created significant financial stress for me and my family. I contacted the dealership directly to discuss this, and the response I received was dismissive and unhelpful. There was no effort or response to review or address the situation. It ultimately took five months to resolve through my insurance, which was far more money, time and stress than it should have taken for something that should have been transparent from the beginning. I strongly recommend that anyone reconsider purchasing from ALM Hyundai or ANY ALM dealership and INDEPENDENTLY verify the full history and value of any vehicle through MULTIPLE third-party sources before purchasing. ***** The information presented to me at the dealership did not match what was available through independent sources, which reflected a much more extensive vehicle history than what was disclosed.

I called this dealership in April 2026 when my daughters car had broken down. I talked to Patricia in the service department first and she was wonderful and reassuring told me that the car would likely be covered by the warranty. She gave me the number of a tow company to use that would be paid for if the issue was covered. Other dealerships made me talk to AI agents or wait for callbacks. I was assigned to Miss Williams as a service advisor and she was just as helpful. The car was inspected and a warranty claim submitted very quickly and everything moved quickly with text updates. Honestly having experienced other dealer service departments my expectations were low but they did a great job and restored my faith in dealer service - at least this location!

I went to purchase used car low mileage that seen on car gurus Saturday ,and ended my walking out with a brand new, no miles, 2026 Hyundai Elantra premium for the same price ! It was a very smooth process the guy I worked with name was Armani .Im in my lower 20s and I ended up gettting a 1.99% precent interest rate still keeping my note below $450!!They also worked with me on the price of the premium factor about the car .
