My wife and I just purchased a 2026 Hyundai Tucson from ALM Hyundai and it was the easiest and smoothest car purchase I have ever experienced. Was not satisfied. My car was there for nearly 4-5 hours and they did nothing!! They were supposed to see did my car car have any oil leaks, but instead tried to charge me 100 bucks for an oil change!!! That’s not what I came there for. At the first 2 oil changes, I told them that the front right tire had a plug in it so wasn’t sure tires could be rotated. Although my paperwork stated tires had been rotated they had not. This most recent oil change I was told they did it. Went with service advisor to look (my R passenger tire had been missing a valve and during the recall repair they put a black valve on. All the rest were green.). When we hot to my car, tires had not been rotated. Advisor, with me with him, went to ask tech, who couldn’t remember. Tech went and got my vehicle to rotate tires. The advisor apologized and offered to wash and vacuum my car for my added wait. My appointment was at 10:30 for oil change. It was after 12:30 when I left.

I have had mostly good experiences here. One not so good i I had to wait on Saturday for almost an hour just in line. Then when I got up there, they told me for diagnostics i had to leave it. So I came back on Monday and they acted like I could wait. I already arranged to be picked up. I know this isn't a big deal to some people, but I live 45 minutes away. This is my closest service center.

I brought my car in for service and asked them to also diagnose a blind spot monitor message. We went to ALM to see a 2026 Palisade calligraphy hybrid. I had no intention of purchasing the car that day. Just wanted to see what they really look like and drive one. When we walked into the dealership, a man walked up and said can I help you? I said sure. He introduced himself as Roy. I told him what I wanted to see and he told me what was available. We picked a car and he brought it up from the back lot. Before we looked at the exact car I was interested in. He showed me the lower level models so that I would see the difference. Roy is very good about explaining the details in each model level. After about an hour, he asked that if we could reach a price point, will I be ready to purchase today? I said we’ll see. He asked if I was gonna trade in my car and I said yes so he took my keys and gave them to someone else so they could give me a value for it. When we finally looked at the calligraphy, I was really impressed. Roy went through many of the features and answered all my questions. We arrived in the late afternoon and now it was past suppertime. I asked to see a complete breakdown of what it would cost me to purchase the car. A little while later, he had it for me. Of course I didn’t agree to everything that was on the sheet but for the most part, it was good. I told Roy we had a deal. Off to finance and they found me a favorable loan with the term I requested. By the time we were done, it was 8 PM which is closing time. Roy asked me to come back the next day around noon and we would finish setting up everything in the car and go over anything I had questions with. I agreed. I was excited the next morning, so I tried to connect blue link myself. Turns out they didn’t have the information on my car turned into Hyundai yet. I was a little ahead of myself. After I got back to the dealership, Roy helped me fill out the Blue link form and then we went back to the car and covered many of the features. It couldn’t have been better. This is the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had purchasing a car. Roy is a great salesman and he never tried to pressure us to do anything. Thanks Roy.
